Relevant services shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement. If you wish to subscribe, please select the weekly, monthly, or yearly option that best suits you. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3.2 Trial Period

After registering, you may have the option to try psychtestlab.com for a specified period at the amount indicated on our website ("Trial Period"). After the Trial Period ends, you will be automatically upgraded to the applicable subscription plan based on your country/region or applicable promotional/testing offers. If you do not wish to continue with the paid subscription, you must cancel before the Trial Period ends to avoid being charged.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, with the applicable subscription period automatically extended. The payment method you have provided will be automatically charged. If you do not wish to auto-renew, you must disable auto-renewal in the "Billing" section of your account at least 24 hours before the end of the Trial Period or current Subscription Period. If you forget to disable auto-renewal for a new subscription period, this is not a valid reason for a refund.

5. Service Description

5.1 This service is designed to support automatic renewal. Once enabled, it helps you avoid service interruption caused by forgetting to renew. 5.2 You shall ensure that the fee for the next billing cycle can be successfully charged through your Payment Method. If renewal fails due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or any other reason attributable to you, this Website reserves the right to suspend your subscription service until payment is successfully completed.

5.3 In case of any error during the fee deduction process, this Website and you shall cooperate closely to find out the cause and bear the losses caused by their own faults respectively; if the losses are caused by the unequal faults of both parties, both parties shall bear corresponding responsibilities according to the degree of their faults; if both parties are jointly liable, the responsibilities shall be equally shared by both parties.

5.4 All services provided by this Website to you are limited to use within this Website. Any payment made outside this Website or any act of separating the service content provided by this Website from this Website through illegal means such as malicious cracking shall not be deemed as the service agreed in this Agreement. The actor shall be responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and this Website shall pursue the actor's legal liability in accordance with the law.

6. Service Validity Period

Unless otherwise specified by this Website, the "weekly" subscription service is valid for 7 days, the "monthly" subscription service is valid for 30 days, and the "yearly" subscription service is valid for 365 days, each calculated from the date of successful payment. Upon expiration, if you have not canceled the automatic renewal, the subscription will be automatically renewed for the next cycle of the same tier, and the corresponding fees will be deducted.

You have the right to independently choose whether to cancel this service at any time. If you choose not to cancel, it shall be deemed that you agree to this Website charging the renewal fee in accordance with this Agreement. Once the renewal payment is successful, this Website will activate the subscription service for the next billing cycle for you.

7. Unsubscription Instructions

You have the right to independently choose to unsubscribe from this service at any time. Cancellation can be completed at any point during the current subscription period.

7.2 Unsubscription process

Warm Reminder: After successful cancellation, your current activated subscription service will not be affected and will remain valid until the end of the then-current billing cycle. The subscription will not be renewed at the end of that cycle, and no further charges will be applied. As a general rule, subscription fees that have been paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used or unused subscription periods, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

8. Privacy Policy

The collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not activate or stop using this service.

9. Term and Termination of the Agreement

This Agreement shall take effect from the date you choose to accept or use this service, and shall remain in effect until you terminate this service.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Website and you shall resolve any disputes arising from the performance of this Agreement through friendly negotiation. If the disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party has the right to submit the disputes to the competent court in Singapore for litigation.
